- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 12 pitted olives
- fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. onion
Directions

1Chop celery and onion.

2Put cleaned rabbit in baking pan with chopped vegetables and bay leaf.

3Roast at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove rabbit and add butter and flour to drippings.

4Cook until brown.

5Add water, salt, olives and Worcestershire sauce.

6Stir and replace meat.

7Bake another 45 minutes at 350°.

8Garnish with parsley.
