- 2 cups radishes trimmed and grated coarse
- 3 cups cabbage finely shredded
- 1 cup carrots coarsely grated
- 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander finely chopped, mint, or parsley leaves
Directions

1In a large bowl, add all cut vegetables.

2Toss with lemon juice, sugar and olive oil. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
