  • 2 cups radishes trimmed and grated coarse
  • 3 cups cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots coarsely grated
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander finely chopped, mint, or parsley leaves

Directions

    In a large bowl, add all cut vegetables.

    Toss with lemon juice, sugar and olive oil. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
