  • 1 head lettuce, broken into pieces
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. 10 oz frozen peas
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 2 Tbls. sugar
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6-8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

    Layer vegies in 9x13 glass (to see layers, otherwise any 9x13 pan is fine) baking dish in order listed. Top with frozen peas. Cover and seal with mayo and sugar mixture, then top with cheese and bacon. Cover and refridgerate for 3 hours before serving.
