- 2 c. dry pinto beans
- 2 c. cream of mushroom soup, divided
- 2 lb. roast, cut in parts
- 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- rice (optional)
- flour tortillas (optional)
Directions

1Spray large crock-pot with cooking spray.

2Put pinto beans into pot and cover with water. Add 1 can of soup, roast, second can of soup, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, garlic and oregano. Cook on low heat 16 to 20 hours. Serve with rice and tortillas, if desired.
