- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 c. flour (self-rising may be used)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and raisins.

2Stir in cream with fork until moistened.

3Turn dough into floured surface; knead 10 to 12 times.

4Roll or press to 1/2-inch thickness.

5Cut with 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter, place on baking tin (lightly greased) and bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
