- 1/2 c. scalded milk
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. raisins
- 2/3 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. warm water
- 2/3 c. flour
- cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Combine milk, sugar, margarine and salt.

2Cool to room temperature.

3Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the milk mixture.

4Beat in egg and then 2 cups flour.

5Add raisins and mix with a spoon.

6Stir in the remaining flour until mix is stiff (elastic).

7Place in bowl for 2 hours to rise with the greased side up.

8Roll out and cover side with cinnamon and sugar; roll up to fit bread pan.

9Let rise for 1/2 hour and cook at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

10Cool on rack.
