- 4 slices stale bread
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 eggs (medium)
- 1 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt margarine in 1-quart baking dish.

2Add bread (cut into 1/2-inch squares) and raisins; toss to coat.

3Beat eggs with milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

4Pour over bread and raisins in pan. Bake at 350° until puffy and golden, about 45 minutes.
