  • 2 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, nuts and salt in large bowl. Stir in condensed milk, add oil and mix thoroughly.

    Spray cookie sheet and spread mixture evenly.

    Bake at 300°, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.

    Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool.

    Store in closed container.
