- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 oz grated carrot
- 3 oz grated zucchini
- 1 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 2 None eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 18 muffin recesses with paper liners.

2Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon together. Add raisins, carrot and zucchini. Whisk together yogurt, milk and eggs then mix into batter until combined. Distribute between paper liners and sprinkle with extra cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 mins, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
