Raisin Nut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Put raisins in a pan and cover with water; let come to a boil. Set aside and drain off water.

    Beat eggs well, then mix with other ingredients, except pecans.

    Put into unbaked pie crust and sprinkle pecans on top.

    Bake until done.
