- 1 lb. raisins
- 2 c. water (simmer for 10 minutes)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of cloves
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Beat eggs; add small amount of hot mixture.

2Stir and add to other raisin mixture and cook 5 minutes.

3Add butter and lemon juice.

4Pour into baked pie shell.

5Sprinkle with nuts and serve with whipped cream.
