  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Wash raisins and pour boiling water over them.

    Let simmer while mixing the cornstarch, sugar, salt, lemon juice and oleo. Pour this mixture over the raisins.

    Pour mixture into unbaked 9-inch pie shell and top with crust.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until golden brown.
