  • 2 c. cooked chicken
  • 12 c. cooked rice (6 c. wild rice and 6 c. plain rice)
  • 2 bunches green onion
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 box frozen baby peas, thawed but not cooked
  • 2 c. drained mandarin oranges
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. cashews or peanuts

    Combine all and add dressing as much as desired.
