  • 1 kg dried split peas
  • 375 g ham steaks
  • 400 g carrots
  • 673 g onions
  • 10 g chicken bouillon (Better Than Bouillon)
  • 4 liters water
  • 350 chicken stock (Homemade)
  • 350 g ham steaks

Directions

    Soak the Peas over night if possible.

    Add the Water, Peas, turn the flame on.

    Chop up the ham, and saute.

    Chop the carrots, and saute.
  5. 5
    Chop the onions, and saute.

    Add to the soup.

    Pressure cook on high for 15 minutes.
