- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb. chicken livers
- 1/2 lb. bacon
Directions

1Place chicken livers in boiling water for 1 minute; cut in chunks and marinate in 1 tablespoon soy sauce for 15 minutes. Chop chestnuts into thirds.

2Wrap one slice of bacon around chestnut and chunk of liver; secure with toothpick.

3Bake on rack in 325° oven for about 10 minutes.

4These can be frozen after preparation and used at a later date.
