- 1 large head leaf lettuce
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodle soup mix
- 2 bundles green onions
- 1 to 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (optional)
Directions

1Combine lettuce, onions and oranges in large salad bowl. Chill.

2When ready to serve, crush Ramen noodles into small pieces.

3Sprinkle noodles and almonds over salad and add dressing. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
