Ramen Salad

  • 1 large head leaf lettuce
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodle soup mix
  • 2 bundles green onions
  • 1 to 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (optional)

Directions

    Combine lettuce, onions and oranges in large salad bowl. Chill.

    When ready to serve, crush Ramen noodles into small pieces.

    Sprinkle noodles and almonds over salad and add dressing. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
