  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 sweet French bread baguettes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. assorted toppings, such as sliced pimientos, ripe olive, bell peppers, roasted red peppers or mushrooms

Directions

    Combine salad dressing mix and mayonnaise; spread thin layer on sliced bread.

    Top each pieces with a few shreds of cheese and thinly sliced vegetables.

    Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy.
