Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced or garlic chips
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • generous dash of pepper

Directions

    In skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion with garlic until vegetables are tender.

    Drain, if needed.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat.

    Cover; cook 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

    Stir occasionally.
