- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 large clove garlic, minced or garlic chips
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- generous dash of pepper
Directions

1In skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion with garlic until vegetables are tender.

2Drain, if needed.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Bring to boil; reduce heat.

5Cover; cook 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

6Stir occasionally.
