  • 1 cup raspberries frozen and thawed
  • 2 tablespoon honey or sugar, or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 4 scoops frozen yogurt vanilla extract
  • 1 each mangos diced
  • 1/4 cup nuts toasted and chopped

Directions

    Add raspberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender, and puree until smooth.

    Sprinkle with mango and nuts on each cup of frozen yogurt.
