Raspberry Chocolate Brownies

- 1 1/3 cups unsalted butter, chopped
- 7 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 4 None large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 7 oz raspberries, plus extra to decorate
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line base and sides of an 8 x 12 inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

2Place butter and chocolate in a small saucepan. Stir on low heat until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

3Beat eggs until pale and fluffy. Gradually add brown sugar, beating constantly. Add chocolate mixture, beating constantly until well combined. Sift together flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add to chocolate mixture and stir to combine. Pour into prepared pan and smooth surface.

4Spread raspberries over top of batter. Bake for 25-30 mins, until firm. Cool in pan. Cut into slices and decorate with extra raspberries.
