  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 2 pkg. frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small pkg. cream cheese, broken or crumbled

Directions

    Combine the first 4 ingredients; let stand until solid in an 8 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.

    Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl; allow to stand overnight or several hours.

    After jello is set, whip cream mixture to fluffy and spread over jello.
