- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 2/3 c. flour
- approximately 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- approximately 1 c. thick raspberry jam
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Separate yolk from egg white (discard white).

3Add yolk, vanilla, salt and flour.

4Mix well. Shape into balls.
