Raspberry Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed

Directions

    Drain pineapple and put juice in pan; bring to boil and add marshmallows.

    Stir until marshmallows are melted.

    Add 1 cup boiling water to lemon jello.

    Refrigerate; when cool, add marshmallow mixture, pineapple, cream cheese, whipping cream and mayonnaise.

    Beat with mixer until well blended.

    Pour into glass serving bowl; refrigerate.
