- 1/2 cups Country Time Pink Lemonade Mix, Scant
- 1/2 cups Cold Water
- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream, Softened
- 8 ounces, weight Cool Whip
- 1 whole Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 pints Fresh Raspberries
Directions

1In a medium-sized bowl whisk together lemonade mix and water until mix is dissolved. Add in softened ice cream and stir together until well combined. Fold in Cool Whip until well combined. Pour the mixture into the crust and smooth it out with a spatula or knife. Starting on the outside, place raspberries next to one another then work your way to the center. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight before serving.
