  • milk 25 cl.
  • 1 3/4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 1/2 ounces calisson cream
  • 6 3/8 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk

    Preheat oven to 520F

    In a saucepan, combine the milk, butter, and calisson cream. Bring to boil while stirring.

    In a bowl, combine the flour, egg, and egg yolk.

    Add the hot milk and stir well.

    Allow the mixture to cool completely and then refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Preheat oven to 520F

    Fill the fluted cannele molds with the batter.

    Bake for 5 minutes at 520F, then lower the temperature to 350F and bake for 1 hour.
