Raspberry Lemondrop Popsicles

  • 1-1/4 cup Fresh Lemon Juice (from About 7 Lemons)
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Vodka
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries, Thawed (or Fresh Can Be Used)

    Note: The cook time is approximate freezing time.

    In a cocktail shaker or other container, squeeze lemons for juice. Add sugar. Add vodka.

    Add half the raspberries to the liquid and distribute the other half among the popsicle molds.

    Shake liquid in a cocktail shaker or stir in a container to mix and breakup raspberries.

    Pour mixture into popsicle molds or other containers to freeze. Before pouring, make sure your container has a pour spout to avoid messes.

    Freeze until set.
