- 1 c. fine graham cracker crumbs (12 crackers)
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped English walnuts
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
- 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
- frozen raspberries
- whipped cream
Directions

1To the cracker crumbs, add the walnuts.

2Beat egg whites with salt; when stiff, gradually beat in sugar.

3Add lemon extract and vanilla.

4Fold in crumbs and nuts.

5Bake in buttered 9-inch pie pan at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Cool.

7Serve in wedges topped with raspberries (frozen) and juice and whipped cream.
