  • 1 box house of Audrey seafood breading
  • 1 vegetable oil enuff to cover bottom of skillet about half of an inch
  • 6 each Swabia fillets cut in half

    heat skillet add oil put bamboo utensil in oil when it bubbles it's hot enuff
  2. 2
    add breaded fillets to hot oil fry on side for 2-3 minutes turn cook another 2-3 minutes put onto a platter with paper towels to absorbe excessive oil
  3. 3
    when you bread the fillets it easiest to put mix into a Ziploc bag add fillets close bag and shake them
