- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 bag frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, stir together the first five ingredients.

2In a small bowl; combine egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.

3The batter should be lumpy.

4Grease muffin cups or line them with paper cups.

5Fold the raspberries into the batter and pour into cups.

6Sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar.

7Bake in 400° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.

8Makes 1 dozen.
