  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 Tbsp. seedless black raspberry jam or preserves*
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 prepared pie shell, baked

Directions

    Mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice.

    Fold in jam and pecans.

    Whip whipping cream and fold into above.

    Pour into baked pie crust.

    Chill.
