  • 5 c. raspberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 recipe plain pastry

Directions

    Combine berries, sugar, flour, salt and orange juice.

    Fill pastry-lined 8-inch pie pan.

    Dot with butter and adjust top crust. If desired, can sprinkle sugar over top of crust, also.

    Bake in hot oven at 450° for 10 minutes; then turn oven to 350° and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
