  • 2/3 cups Fresh Or Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/2 cups Fresh Or Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cups Liquid Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk (the Thick Part, Not Watery)

    Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender until there are no chunks remaining.

    Note: You may add more liquid coconut milk if you prefer your smoothie to be thinner, or more canned coconut milk for a thicker smoothie.
