Raspberry Poke Cake

- 1 (2 layer size) pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

2Cool in pan 15 minutes, then poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.

3Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

4Add cold water and spoon over cake in pan.

5Chill 3 to 4 hours.

6Top with thawed Cool Whip.

7Garnish with raspberries or colored sprinkles.
