  • 6 oz raspberry Jello
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 20 oz frozen raspberries
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

    Mix 3 tbs sugar, butter, and pretzels together.

    Pat into a 9x13 in pan.

    Bake 10 mins at 350F.

    Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip, and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.

    Spread over baked and cooled pretzel mixture.

    Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add raspberries.

    Let gel slightly.

    Spread Jello mixture on top of cream cheese mixture.

    Refrigerate until set and ready to serve.
