  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in 1-quart metal bowl.

    Stir in orange juice and cold water.

    Cover; freeze until mixture is frozen around edges, about 1 hour.

    Remove from freezer.

    Beat on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.

    Return bowl to freezer; freeze 1 hour.

    Repeat beating process.

    Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
