- 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 banana, diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. pecans, broken up
- 1/2 c. cream, whipped
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; set aside to cool.

2Cream cheese by adding a little mayonnaise at a time.

3Add pineapple, banana, coconut and pecans.

4When jello just begins to set, add cheese and fruit mixture.

5Fold in whipped cream and congeal.

6Serve on lettuce leaf.
