  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup plain yogurt without sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 box raspberries fresh or frozen

Directions

    Beat the eggs, add the sugar little by little and then the flour, salt, baking powder and oil. Add the yogurt little by little while continuing to mix the batter.

    Gently fold in the raspberries.

    Grease and flour two baking pans, divide the batter evenly between them and bake at 180 for 1 hour.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
