Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (get cake mix with pudding in it)
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Mix first five ingredients (cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil).

    Stir in coconut and pecans.

    Pour into three greased and floured cake pans and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Cool in pan for 15 minutes.

    Cool on racks.
