- 3 or 4 potatoes, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 can whole tomatoes, mashed
- lemon juice
- sliced lemon (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Directions

1Place steak in deep Pyrex dish.

2Cover with lemon juice. Alternate layers of potatoes and onions; top with tomatoes, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

3Top with lemon slices, if desired.

4Bake at 400° until done.
