Ingredients: 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix; 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling; 1 1/3 c. water; 4 eggs; 1/4 c. oil; 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut; 1 c. chopped nuts

1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

Heat oven to 325°.

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large bowl until blended.

Beat on medium speed 4 minutes.

Stir in coconut and nuts.

Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

Bake 1 hour.

Cool in pan 15 minutes.

Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
