- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee mini ravioli
Directions

1Fry bacon, blot on paper toweling; crumble.

2Pour off all but two tablespoons of bacon fat.

3Saute onions, celery and green pepper lightly in fat.

4Add vinegar and sugar; stir.

5Add mini ravioli and bacon.

6Cover; heat gently for 10 minutes.

7Garnish with sliced green pepper, if desired.

8Serves four to six.
