  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 6 drps Tabasco sauce
  • 1- 6.5 oz. can of crabmeat (drained)
  • 1 French bread baguette, sliced 1/2 inch thick

    In a medium bowl combine mayo, grated onion, cheddar cheese, Tabasco, curry powder and crab meat. To serve, place mixture on bread rounds and broil until golden brown. Serve immediately.
