  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. diced apples
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. nuts (floured with small portion of flour)

Directions

    Cream sugar and oil, then add eggs.

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Then add to creamed mixture.

    Add vanilla, floured nuts and diced apples.

    Mix well.

    Pour into greased pan and bake at 300° for 1 hour.
