  • 2-3 tomatoes roughly diced
  • 2different coloured capiscum
  • 1 300g can coconut cream
  • 2 med red onions finely diced
  • 2 lg skinless and boneless white fillet fish like snapper
  • lemon juice
  • salt n' pepper

Directions

    1. cut your fish into chunky cubes, place in a plastic container,season and squeeze two lemons over it, cover and place in fridge for 30mins or more

    2.add your tomatoes, capiscum

    and onions to fish.

    3. add coconut cream and combine, place back in the fridge for 30 mins
