  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 Coca-Cola
  • 14 oz. bottle catsup

Directions

    Score roast in several places; rub with salt and pepper. Brown on each side in oil.

    Drain excess fat from roast and place in foil-lined baking dish.

    Pour Coca-Cola and catsup over roast. Cover loosely with foil.

    Bake 3 hours at 325°.
