Real Easy Pineapple Cake

- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained) in its own juice - not syrup
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter or one stick
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
Directions

1preheat oven to 350F

2Mix all of the cake ingredients together in a bowl.

3Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes (until top is golden brown)

4FROSTING: Beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla together until creamy.

5Gradually mix in powdered sugar

6Frost cake with cream cheese frosting while still warm.

7Sprinkle with nuts.
