- 1/8 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 c onions, chopped
- 1/2 c green peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 2 (15 oz) cans red beans, drained
- 1/2 to 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced (hot is best)
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 3 c rice, cooked
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp butter
Directions

1In a large pan cook onions, green peppers and garlic in butter for about 3 minutes. Add beans, sausage, tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce. Tabasco sauce and red pepper. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Boil rice. Serve mixture over rice.
