  • 250 grams red bean Soaked in water for 4 hours
  • 2 tomatoes nos.s, chopped
  • 2 onion nos.s, chopped
  • ginger crushed 2 inch long piece
  • garlic crushed 1 medium pod
  • 1 cup oil
  • coriander fresh a few for garnish
  • 4 tablespoons curry powder

Directions

    Fry onion in oil till golden brown.

    Now add tomatoes, garlic, ginger , curry powder , soaked red beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add 2 glass of water and cook on medium flame till beans are tender.

    Sprinkle coriander leaves and simmer. Red bean curry is ready Serve with Roti/ Naan/Boiled Rice
