- 250 grams red bean Soaked in water for 4 hours
- 2 tomatoes nos.s, chopped
- 2 onion nos.s, chopped
- ginger crushed 2 inch long piece
- garlic crushed 1 medium pod
- 1 cup oil
- coriander fresh a few for garnish
- 4 tablespoons curry powder
Directions

1Fry onion in oil till golden brown.

2Now add tomatoes, garlic, ginger , curry powder , soaked red beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.

3Now add 2 glass of water and cook on medium flame till beans are tender.

4Sprinkle coriander leaves and simmer. Red bean curry is ready Serve with Roti/ Naan/Boiled Rice
