- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 leaf Bay Leaf
- 1 package (about 16 Oz. Package) Smoked Sausage
- Rice

1Slice bacon into 1-inch strips.

2Put all of the ingredients except the sausage and rice in a slow cooker.

3Cook for 68 hours.

4The last hour, slice the sausage and put it in the slow cooker.
