  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 3 cans (16 Oz. Can) Red Beans
  • 1/2 cups Diced Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 leaf Bay Leaf
  • 1 package (about 16 Oz. Package) Smoked Sausage
  • Rice

Directions

    Slice bacon into 1-inch strips.

    Put all of the ingredients except the sausage and rice in a slow cooker.

    Cook for 68 hours.

    The last hour, slice the sausage and put it in the slow cooker.

    Serve over rice and enjoy!
