- 1 whole Ripe Avocado
- 1/4 teaspoons Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Or Kosher Salt
- 1 whole Fresh Red Chile, Stem And Seeds Removed, Diced
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 cups Cream Cheese, Softened
- 2 dashes Your Favorite Hot Sauce

1On a clean work surface, cut avocado in half. Remove pit, scoop flesh out of each half, and place in a food processor in chunks. Add lemon juice concentrate and salt, and pulse processor several times. Add diced red chile, sour cream, cream cheese, and hot sauce. Run processor on high for several minutes to incorporate ingredients well.
